When will my order ship?
Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. All kits are sent out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within New Zealand
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No Returns or Exchanges. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the damaged item and your order details, and we’ll be happy to offer store credit or a replacement depending on the situation at mycreativelesson@gmail.com
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once your order has been shipped.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help before your order ships!

What ingredients are in your play dough?
Our play dough is made with all household ingredients for the ultimate safe play! Wheat flour, salt, vegetable oil, cream of tartar, food coloring, food grade vegetable glycerin, and water.
Allergy Warning — If your child has life-threatening allergies, we do not recommend using our dough. While we take care in production, we cannot guarantee it is free from cross-contamination due to our suppliers.
How do I keep my play dough fresh?
To keep your play dough fresh, store it in an airtight container or resealable bag after each use. With proper care and storage, it can last for several months! If it starts to dry out, simply add a few drops of water and knead it gently to bring it back to life. Be sure to keep it away from heat or direct sunlight for the best results.
Why is hands-on play important for children aged 3+?
Hands-on play helps young children explore, create, and learn through touch and movement. Around age 3, kids are developing fine motor skills, creativity, problem-solving, and imagination. Playing with sensory materials like play dough and engaging in imaginative play supports these skills while encouraging focus, confidence, and independence — all through fun, open-ended play!
